I wanted to contact you to thank you for your support to carry out my visit to the client, yesterday in order to complete my report for the Court of Protection in relation to the pending Community DoLS application. I want to give my compliments in relation to the excellent care documentation that was shared as part of this process. From the Support Plans documentation and in particular the Strengths and Needs Assessment I had a very good picture of who the client is and certainly felt I knew them as a person from my reading this.
